From May 2015- August 2015 I interned at IPI. Here I was given the task to create a unisex scrub. I was responsible for many things including: creating the original design, testing styles based on optitex marker efficiency, developing standards and specs, establishing product quality, making a construction manual, and creating an effective marker layout. I also assisted in equipment selection, fabric and trim sourcing, and employee training. This scrub is set to start production in October 2015 at IPI Mitchellville.
